Yes, we're having a dialogue with Sustrans, and this route is the sort of resource that needs an organisation with their mix of experience to bring it into being.
It might only be 600 or so metres of route, but raising funds for it and building this useful link needs the involvement of experienced organisations and resources too - as well as the backing of the landowner.
The organisation that actually builds it doesn't have to be Sustrans but they're a natural candidate. However, as well as an organisation to build it, we need to identify funding as well.
